Orthodontics
The branch of dentistry that specializes in the treatment of dental and facial irregularities is known as orthodontics. Using orthodontic treatment, a skilled general dentist like Dr. Kelly can bring teeth and jaws into proper alignment and achieve facial balance, resulting in a more attractive appearance overall.
Dr. Kelly is also pleased to provide free bleaching with every orthodontic treatment case!
Orthodontic treatment involves the use of corrective appliances such as braces to correct problems like crowding, spacing, overbites, under-bites, and cross-bites. Left untreated, these concerns can cause abnormal wear on tooth surfaces and chronic headaches. Orthodontic treatment typically lasts from one to three years and is an excellent option for both adults and children.
Advances in modern dentistry now make it possible to receive orthodontic treatment that is more discreet, comfortable and effective than ever. Please contact our office to learn more about orthodontic treatment options. It is never too early or to late to have a healthy, attractive smile.

Endodontic Treatment
Root canal therapy; also know as endodontic treatment, is a procedure used to save the badly damaged tooth. If the thin strand of dental pulp that supplies it with nerves and nutrients becomes infected, the tooth will often die. Root canal therapy is a procedure in which Dr. Kelly removes the damaged dental pulp and then permanently seals the tooth. The procedure also eliminates pain and restores the tooth's function, allowing you to speak, eat, and smile with confidence. To find out if endodontic treatment can help you, please schedule a consultation or contact our office today.

Periodontal Treatment
Periodontal (gum) disease is one of the most common conditions in the United States, affecting up to 80 percent of American adults. The mildest form, gingivitis, is characterized by red, swollen gums that bleed easily. Left untreated, gingivitis may develop into periodontitis, an infection that can lead to tooth loss and more serious health concerns. Regular dental appointments are the best preventative measure against periodontal disease. Having your teeth professionally cleaned can prevent the build up of bacteria and allow your dentist to screen for potential problems
In addition to regular visits, out office provides a patented take-home gum disease treatment system that is painless, effective, and easy to use. Please contact our office of you would like to schedule an appointment to ensure the health and beauty of your smile for years to come, or to obtain a free report on the revolutionary new gum disease treatment we provide.

Extractions
In the case of a poorly positioned or badly damaged tooth, an extraction, or tooth removal, may be necessary. At our office, extractions are performed on exposed teeth. Throughout the extraction procedure, Dr. Kelly will do whatever it takes to ensure that you experience no discomfort. After the extraction site has healed, Dr. Kelly can proceed with further treatment. For example, orthodontic treatment can help realign teeth, or dental implants and implant restorations may be used to protect against bone loss and improve appearance following extraction.
