For a one-time membership fee of $99.00, you will receive a professional strength take-home whitening kit. At every 6 month cleaning/check-up appointment, you will receive a "touch-up" kit absolutely free so that you will be able to keep your smile as white as possible! To stay enrolled in the program, we ONLY ask that you stay current with your 6 month cleaning/checkups, follow through with recommended treatment, and allow us at least a 24 hours notice if you need to change any appointments.
